Keren Peles was born in Yavniel near the Kineret (Sea Of Galilee) on the 11th of March 1979 and has a younger sister and brother. Keren started learning to play the piano when she was 6 years old. Later on at the first grade she quit the studies, but because she liked music she kept on practicing and improved her playing skills on her own.
In the fifth grade she even started playing the side flute and played in the children band of Yavniel. Continuing her music development she also ended up as the vocalist of the Yarden Valleys musical band.
